Shichi Go San is a Japanese coming-of-age event to celebrate the health and good fortune of young children. Traditionally, this event is to recognize three-year-old and seven-year-old girls, and five-year-old boys, but children around these ages (3-7 years old) are welcome to participate too.
Our special event includes:
- Traditional kimono dressing by Masako Formals
- Shintō blessing by Izumo Taishakyo Mission of Hawaii
- Keepsake professional photo ordering opportunities through Halemano Photography
- Cultural learning and engagement for your keiki
Participation is by appointment only. Spaces are limited. JCCH members: Check your email for a special discount code!
