BEHAVIOR AND ACTIVITIES POLICY
Safety and security is our top priority. All guests must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Behavior that is determined to be harmful or disruptive is prohibited. Solicitation is prohibited. We ask that all guests follow the instructions of JCCH staff and security personnel. If you see anything suspicious or have an emergency, please report it to a staff member immediately.
The JCCH reserves the right to determine what is considered a violation of safety or disturbance to guests on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that a person is in possession of prohibited item(s), they may be asked to remove these item(s) from the property. Those determined to be in violation of our guidelines will be asked to comply and may be removed from the property. Failure to comply with requests made by JCCH staff and security personnel may result in a person's removal from the property and involvement of law enforcement. These rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
